Ontario Government Investing Over $350,000 to Strengthen Public Health Services in Middlesex-London

MIDDLESEX-LONDON — The Ontario government is investing up to $60.09 million in one-time funding to support 29 Public Health Units across the province, helping strengthen local public health programs and services in the 2025–26 fiscal year.

As part of this investment, the Middlesex London Health Unit will receive $351,700 in one-time funding to support local public health initiatives and service delivery priorities that respond to community needs.

“This investment will help ensure the Middlesex-London Health Unit has the resources needed to deliver strong, responsive public health services for our community. By supporting local priorities and frontline programs, our government is reinforcing its commitment to keeping families healthy, preventing illness, and ensuring public health services continue to meet the needs of residents across the region,” said Steve Pinsonneault, MPP for Lambton–Kent–Middlesex.
